Never put shoes on the bed, it will bring about a death in your family.

Don’t give your partner shoes as a gift, it will encourage them to walk out of the relationship.

A Russian superstition says if you step on your spouse’s shoe by accident, you have to let the other person step on your shoe, or you will have an argument.
